Calf muscle growth

Any advice on how to grow stubborn calf muscles?

My overall physique is good, but my calf's have always been the most difficult to grow.

Had the same issue. Work them often,I do seated raises 3 or more times a week. Rep range in the 20's,4 or 5 sets,4 sec.neg's. Made a huge change for me at least.

Ya Calves only grow if you work em out 3-4 days/week. They're a very resilient muscle.
You can also go the direct inject route with some peptides

Pick one calf exercise (it doesn't matter which one)

Use a weight that's 75% of your max (you will be doing 75 reps)

Do 20 reps and keep going until you HAVE TO stop

Wait 10 seconds, then start again from the number where you left off.

Keep doing this until you get to 75 reps.

Done.

When you get used to this, go to 1oo reps, when you get used to that go to a heavier weight.

This is the only calf routine you will ever need.

I was pinning igf in micro injects directly after working calves say 50mcg into 5injects(10mcg per injection) in each valve so 100mcg in all.. definently was working bro, and I had stubborn calve growth
