12 week Pre-Cycle Log

Sup guys. IM gonna keep track of my gains that I get before I start my cycle. I would like to see some natural strength and size gains before I start so I will be doing fairly heavy lifting and doing the big compound lifts like squats, reads, military, bench, etc.

Im 25, 5'9, about 185lbs, 10-12%BF. Ill post pics pretty soon as a before pic. Gonna hit chest today because i hurt my foot at work so I can't do legs but my foot should heal pretty soon.

Ill just be taking creatine, whey, casein, and a basic multi and fish oil. Once i get on cycle I will be taking more sups for health reasons.

Excited to see how much I can gain natty till i cycle
 
Here are a few pics, obviously these were right after my workout lol. By the way I'm 190.2 as of today so I'll try and get to 195 In 12 weeks.

Chest

Bench: 135x5, 185x5, 225x5, 265x5, 225x8
DB Incline: 80x6, 85x6, 90x7
Dips: 0x6, 25x6, 45x6, 70x7
Tricep Ext: 110x8, 120x8, 130x8, 14 0x6
Pushups: 10
Weight: 190.2
 
Thanks bro. I am on HRT but I missed 8 weeks between injections so I finally told myself to be consistent every week. So far it's only been 2 weeks but already getting stronger and bigger. I just want to do this for 12 weeks then I get to start my pro pharm cycle :)
