calf raises

Ive alwase seen mixed veiws about this, but how often should you really train your calfs? Right now im hitting them twice a week, should that be dropped down?

My calves have responded well to twice a week in both size and strenght gains.

I train calves only once per week and have 20+" calves. Everyone is different though.
