Before Pics: Just starting training again.

6"2 and was 85kg's when the photo's were taken. Haven't trained seriously for about a year and a half and even then it wasn't that hardcore. This time it's for real I'm ready for a change. There's a semi-journal in the Diet forum.

I'll post up new pics once a month to show progress.
