Excerpt: Hey guys everytime I read on here I find that there are more and more teens. I read some posts then I see I'm close to totaling 1000 or so, so I figure your teens. Myself I'm 17 and as of 4 weeks ago I totaled 950. 250 pause, 335 squat, 365 deadlift at [email protected] At the moment I'm [email protected] bodyweight. I gained some weight I said fuck 165lb weight class, I wanna get stronger. What do you guys do now like 3 lifts and what age/bodyweight????

    Age: 16. Been training for about a year, mainly BB style.
    Weight: ~160 pounds. Used to be 150, but I've been eating a lot. I'm 5'7.

    Squat: 200-230
    Deadlift: 300-350
    Benchpress: 160-180

    All of these are done completely raw, no supplements.

    A total of 660. How....depressing. My bet is I'm the weakest on this board. But god damn it, one day I WILL be a strong mofo.

    well im 16 at 173 pounds. bench 280 just got today! dead lift 435 squat 375. im pretty sure i can get 380 but i know for a fact about 375. ive done it before. my total is 1090. some day soon ill get 1100 thats my goal!

    im 14, 130, bench 190, squat 265, deadlift 335... i suck! i need a higher total! i dont even have 800!

    ZZuluZ dude you'll get there, that's cool. Ironpipes damn I know I gotta work harder if someone younger than me has a higher total than me, and I'm sure 1100 is around the corner for you bro. Deciever I knew what u were putting up cuz you've posted before and don't worry your total is high for a 14 year old.

    well cubanito im sure u heard of some of my lifts.
    735sq-which i did in november im not sure what it is now
    455bp-i did on 2-26-02
    655dl-i did that today
    1845-total

    i wont three lift till june so..... i hope it will be better.

    weigh 230-240

    Yes ur right I did and for whoever doesn't know HE'S 19!!!!!! Dude I wish you alot of luck b/c ur gonna be pushing some HUGE numbers in the near future. By no means am I saying those aren't huge b/c they sure as fuck beat mine.

    Im 17 in the 181 class, Best meet lifts are 360 squat,240 bench,475 dead. Just recently i did a 400 squat with suit on and last friday i got 300 bench with pause and shirt.

    Adam way to go, I wanted to ask you have you found that the 75% single after speed work, works for you like to bring up your total all together b/c i'm trying that in this 6 week training period to see if it works for me. Do you know a time the weight should be pushed under???
