what is the "typical" time betwen attempts in a bench meet? | |

It actually depends on the size of the flights, the variation of weight attempts within the flight and the efficiency with which the meet is run. A good standard is 10-20 minutes just like Adam M. said. | |

Agreed. If there smart the break the flights up at 20 tops. That way you will have 10 minutes, to 20. | |
