What's your parallel box squat height? I'm 6'2" and my parallel is at 16" or about the heighth of a standard flat bench. The lowest box I squat off of is 12". - ball

I will have to measure, but it is lower than a standard bench. But I am short. Standard bench is probably fine for tall people. I use some aerobics steps for a box. B

I'm a tall sob, 6'6", but I still like to use a low box. About 12-13", depending on my mood that day.
