A brief explanation of the action:

It may be a little difficult to tell who is lifting so please note that Benchmonster is wearing white shoes and I'm wearing black shoes. Benchmonster hits 480 and attempts 505. Screwball attempts 450 twice and gets planted (scratched third attempt because I was ready to drink beer).

The black guy is Jason Jackson who set a WABDL world record with a 620 lb. bench at 242.

BigOkie is spotting for me and Benchmonster.

You can tell how hot it is by viewing our Okie Team pics. Yes, my tanktop is soaked with sweat. Fat guys have it rough.

Yes, the water was nice and cool and we did take advantage after the lifting.
