Deadlift Question

Excerpt: Simple question : When doing deadlifts for reps, is it best to let each rep touch and pause on the floor, or keep the tension on the weight and just off the floor? I've done both ways but have been thinking that the best way is bring each rep back to the floor? Any advice? Thanks,

    Deadlift Question

    Simple question : When doing deadlifts for reps, is it best to let each rep touch and pause on the floor, or keep the tension on the weight and just off the floor?
    I've done both ways but have been thinking that the best way is bring each rep back to the floor?
    Any advice? Thanks,

    Pause between each rep. This helps with form and prevents injury.

    So a 1-sec pause to make sure im in proper form for the next rep is good, right?

    You may even want to take you hands off the bar and reset.
