Anybody ever heard of DD Nichols ?

Was watching and old video of a local meet, he benched 615, missed 625 back in '94. At another meet, had an 800+ squat and an 800 dead at ~275 lbs bdy wt. Held some state records and would also compete in bodybuilding around 250. Wonder what ever happened to him?
Another dude that was as impressive at the '94 meet was "Huggy" Sherman, weighed in at 196 at benched 550, barely missing (lockout) 605.
A local guy Dallas, benched 505 at 220 in just a t-shirt.

I remember seeing his(DD) name on one of the all-time lists that PLUSA ran back in the mid 90s. Maybe on squat and total. But I can't remember where he was, just that he was on the list.
