before.

this pic was right before i started or about a week into it i can't remember, i lost all my before pics when i formatted the laptop

stats, 20yrs old 21 on saturday, lifting couple years on and off but now seriosly 5days week. Cheers

thanks, it was around 23lbs in 4 weeks of weight gain, going to check monday to see what i'm at with one 9 days off.

Thanks guys, also look a lil fat in the after pics, just got done eating.. prob wsan't a smart idea tot ake pics after eating. but its all there will post updates before next cycle

23 pds in 4 weeks? you def added mass, but you added a lot of fat too.

time to cut down.

I wish I had before and after pics of my M1T cycle... you look bigger man! nice work! which m1t did you use.. i used legal gear. i think i am goin to do another one next month. Keep up the good work
