EQ Dose

I am going to run 400mg a week, and I know it's best to run EOD, but how do you split up the CC's? I'm thinking of filling the pin with a single cc and marking off the measured dose on the tube and eyeballing it as I inject. Any better ideas?

Deca has a long half-life. EOD is overkill...twice a week is plenty.

EQ has an even longer half-life.....once a week is fine. I go E4D just to keep the shot volume down.

Sounds like you know whats best.

Could get away with 1 shot per week.
Probably for best results, take 2 shots per week, Mon and Thu (example).
