Is it safe to store Dbol tabs in -40f

I recently cleaned house and asked a friend to store my gear at his house. After continuous weeks of temps dropping to
-40c/-40f, he informs me that he has stored my dbol tabs in his unheated garage.

Will Dbol tabs be affected by being stored in temps of -40c/-40f?

The colder the better for just about any solid form tablet. Cold=drug stability.
