sustanon post cycle

I am running sustanon and winstrol ,i plan using clomid for post therapy,question how long should i wait after the last sustanon shot.week 1-4 sustanon 250 ,week 5-6 500 mg sustanon and 50mg winstrol depot ,week 7-8 sust. 250 and winstrol 50mg,week 9-12 winstrol 50mg,any help will be apreciated.
1 year of training,5 feet 9inches ,started at 135 pounds now 190 pounds.

3 weeks after the last Sustanon shot.
