Maybe so. Deca is good stuff, as far as I'm concerned.

If you didn't eat you would lose muscle even while on deca ...

who is talking about not eating? I`m talking about training hard, eating well and one 400mg shot of deca will give you 3lbs of muscle according to Bill Roberts

The point is the more you eat the more you will gain. There is no strict amount of muscle you will gain with any AAS. There are just too many factors, IMO.

I`m sure its an approximation by Mr Roberts, that 400mg of deca will give around 3lbs of muscle

then I might have done something wrong since I did 8 weeks of this tuff (with other stuff) and only took 18lbs...
