winstrol would make you harder, deca would lube your joints better, make you hold a little bit of water

pre contest i'd go with winny.
cutting or bulking i'd definitely go with deca as winny is a rather weak steroid.

Well, as they said, deca will bloat you, winny won't, but you can run deca for 10-12 weeks.

Winny is 17-aa and is highly toxic to the liver, and you shouldn't run it longer than 6 weeks, IMO.

Deca will generally make you bigger and stronger. Winstrol will make you harder and slightly bigger.

My personal experience with Winstrol is it made my joints hurt after only a few weeks, although I did become much harder. Deca on the other hand made me strong as a fuck.
