Deca or EQ?

Hey guys just wondering which you think is better for retaining gains Deca or EQ? I have only done 1 cycle (Deca and Winny) I want to try EQ next cycle.

Equipoise is a little better because of the less water retention and more quality muscle, but it's not significantly better, both are good choices for retention of gains. Don't expect too much size from EQ if you don't have a liquid retaining compound stacked with it though. EQ is the better pre-contest drug. Deca is the better bulking drug. So, which one, well that depends on what you're going for.

exactly what im trying right now. cyp/eq/deca all ran at 600mgs a week for 16 weeks.

Have just started an Eq/test cycle and was thinking about throwing in some deca. Anyone else have experience with that combo?
