Oral? Nathaniel Roberts, in his 1989(88?) book on gear, cites 15-30mg a day. That is for men. 50mg a day...for a woman...I'd do research on what is an optimal dose for females, and take the least amount you have to. Unless the butch look is what you are after.

Yes it does...er...
Since 'FallenAngel' is the handle of a female on a couple of other boards (bolex, gearfreakz) I saw the name and thought it was her. I didn't notice the 'M' under that flag.
