im brain storming my next cycle here, what would u go for as your backbone in terms of quality muscle gains:
600 deca 10 weeks (tt or qv)
or 300 deca, 75 fina eod (im afraid to bump either one of these up in fear of total shut down, but your opinions are welcome)
diet will be a "clean bulking diet" 300-400 protein, moderate carbs, low fats, test will be thrown in at 200mg for 10 weeks
