What Drug Is Better Quality, Winstrol Or Sustanon?

I have a choice between 2 drugs to gain muscle mass. I primarily want to get hard and cut. The winstrol is very expensive and the omnas are very cheap. I can get them for $3 a vial. Which one would be a better choice to use?

well, you will gain more muscle on the sust but you will get harder on the winny.
