OK Guys I need some advice for the rest of my cycle. I am on week 6 now on Winy + Test and I have gained about 5-6Kg of good muscle mass. My BF has droped from 18% to 12%. Any qood training / diet tips for the rest 3 - 4 weeks. I'd like to get below 10% but seems almost impossible. BTW I train hard 5 times a week and 45m of cardio 2-3 times a week...
