shoot deca once or twice / week?

I am doing about 400 mg of deca per week.
What's the best way to do deca:

2 shots of 200 mg each
or
1 shot of 400 mg

I thought 1 shot was the way to go, but I keep reading about people spreading out other types of juice, just wondering if the same is true with deca?

You would be fine with one injection a week

Well I am a fan of more frequesnt injections. I would say 2 a week.

I got great results with deca @ 400/ week shooting 100mg EOD.

I frontloaded with 600 mg first week.

doing 400 in one shot myselkf right now,

I do one shot 'cause that is just one less shot I have to take
After last cycle of using 50mg EQ tired of taking shots

I'm currently taking one shot of Deca a week and the results have been pretty good so far.

deca w/o clomid??

is deca a bad idea without clomid????? this is really annoying bc i cant find it and im getting my deca tonight. what should i do??
