im 6' tall my upper body is tight and big , viens all over
its my mid section that fat
i eat 5-6 meals 3 carb pro/ 3 pro/ fat
i do cardio 4 times a week for 40 min in morning
train 4 times a week also
i cant take any speedy stuff due to high bp and anxeity
im interested in winstrol , test , deca
what do u guys think would work for me ?
is ala any good?
