I've just gotten my first batch of clenbuterol (powder form - 1/2 kg) and have been told 2 different ways to cycle it.
1st method - 1 scoop just before workout.
I work out just after work (5.00 pm) so I take it just after 4.00.
2nd method - 1/2 scoop morning & 1/2 evening.
I've never used clen before, so was wondering if any of you guys had, and how you cycled yours.
