power matrix
you have got to try the power matrix routine. it works. i have been using it for a month now for my bench, squat, power cleans and deadlifts and it works. i've gained 10 -30 pounds on each lift so far . I only do 2-4 movements every time i workout now so it makes it so i have explosive strength. its paying off. let me know if it works for you.
