I have a problem with my shoulders rolling forward when doing upper body exercises. As a trainer, I should know how to improve posture, so I am asking you to share tricks of the trade? Thanks

Depending on which exercise your doing has different tricks for each...for example when doing bi curls try instead of placing elbows in to the sides of your stomach, place them on your abdominal muscles. almost using your own body as a concentration bench or stance. Know what I mean? Another one is Tricep ext. you may tend to roll shoulders forward....try bending from knees more and bending upper body over rather than standing straight up....catch me?
