Are there any books you would suggest for a relatively new personal trainer? I have a background in Kinesiology (Health Science) so I'm just looking for ways to be creative with my training. Thanks in advance. | |

sabrefan gave good advice, and anything that is acsm, nsca, ect has scientific proof and studies backing it. Thats something us kinesiology guys really like. ![]() | |
