Are there any books you would suggest for a relatively new personal trainer? I have a background in Kinesiology (Health Science) so I'm just looking for ways to be creative with my training.

sabrefan gave good advice, and anything that is acsm, nsca, ect has scientific proof and studies backing it. Thats something us kinesiology guys really like.
