BigAndy,
what are good examples of Low GI carbs? What are good example of EFA's from foods and what type of supplements are good to have on no carb days?(flax seed oil, alpha lipoic acid, etc.) Thanks bro. I am trying to start a CKD diet and trying to find my limits out. M56M |

Anything less than 70 on the GI index is considered low glycemic. Beans and other vegetables are very low glycemic as well as whole wheat bread, sweet potato(not microwaved). Most fruits are also low glycemic(not all). You can easily find a glycemic index on the web.
