This is taken from a Muscle and Fitness Mag, the recipe is by Garrett Downing, IFBB Pro. I just tried it for dinner tonight, quite tasty. Ingredients 1 lb. lean groud sirloin 1 medium onion, finely chopped 1/2 cup Worcestershire sauce 1/2 green bell pepper, finely chopped 1/2 garlic clove, peeled and crushed or finely chopped Salt and pepper to taste Nonstick cooking spray Directions -Mix all ingredients together in a bowl. -Coat a large nonstick pan with cooking spray and set to medium-high. -Add mixture into pan. -Use spatula to crumble meat as it cooks. A great way to prepare your ground beef. Add some veggies, some rice and you got a solid meal.
