I buy whey bulk in a 25# bag. Then Throw a scoop of whey, 2 eggs, milk, and scoop of peanut butter in a shaker. It don't taste to bad and the price is right.

you can also add a new stuff 100% egg whites which is advertised in the GNC book - its 26 grams of protein per cup = you substitute this instead of water - they say its tasteless but its another 26 g of protein - the website is :www.egghitesint.com. I haven't tried it yet but the distributor said its tasteless but you can use it instead of water in your shakes or fruit juices.

Also, 2 scoops of protein powder, 1 small container of fat free yogurt - 8 ounces of skim milk or fat free soy milk - mix - you can also add any kind of fruit, pb, honey for a change.

Don't try this unless you really are a consumate professional.
1) Take one chicken breast, cook it, cut it up into tiny pieces. Blend it until it is a nice sludge. Store in fridge or freezer. 2) Once piece of bread or buy some dextrose. Grind that up. mix with chicken sludge. 3) Grind and mix a few almonds. 4) Add requisite amount of water or powdered skim milk. Voila! This stuff tastes like , but nothing beats real food! Don't bother adding any sugar or sweetner. It won't help much. |

Oh yeah! I perfected my recepie today. (after starting it yesterday)
Dave's Num Num Protein Shake (name pending :P) 1 cup skim milk 1/2 cup oatmeal 1-2 scoops protein (I used vanilla, but I'm sure chocolate would be even better, considering this is a chocalate shake) 2 tablespoons peanut butter 1 packet splenda 4 heaping teaspoons of un-sweetened cocoa Blend that up nicely and you'll end up with a tasty, dessert-like treat. Simple Quick Shake
8oz V-8 SplashDiet (No sugar added)
4 large frozen strawberries (takes place of ice without watering it down) 2 scoops of neutral or vanilla protein powder (being a woman I am partial to a mixture of whey and soy) 1/2 banana 1 tsp honey Blend until smooth, comes out thick. Blend it long enough and freeze for about an hour and it makes a great sorbet/sherbert. So you could even make ahead for a desert or drink. Make sure you blend long enough. |
