- I am 40 years old and really begining to focus on transforming my body. I spent the last 3 years just playing around in the gym trying to get in the best shape of my life for when I turned 40. I went from 255lbs my heaviest down to 210 lbs for my 40th birthday. I was going to the gym 6 days week some times twice a day to get there but I did it. Now I am going for the muscle tone and mass. I have a soft goal (right now) of possible competing in a body building contest when I turn 45. I have been
