working really hard man thanks a load for asking, im doing alot of schoolplus the gym my diet is running strong + the mornign cardio i thik fasted is helping.

i kinda think i strained a pectorial really worried about it, any tyips to aleviate this, also have new cycle plans.. and u bro hows ?
