got a new issue for you bro. These last few weeks I have gotten my diet on point and kept my cals between 4700K/csl and 6000k/cal A day . Along with my protein in the 444 to 500 range. Now as we have talked about this before it's no shock but bro I put on 12lbs in 3 weeks and my lifts all went up 20 to 30 pounds. I have been using the same 20iu's 3 times a day and 10iu's after my workout and that's it I haven't changed a thing other wise . I know you said insulin was strong stuff for making mass but this is way freaky every time i hit the gym I'm doing new PB lifts . Any Ideas what I should do next to keep on point with reaching my goal before June? Been really thinking about adding some suston250(@500mg split 250mg Monday&250mg Saturday EW and the same split with Deca-Durabolin - nandrolone decanoate - @400 EW cause my joints are killing me just found out I have a stress fracture in my right knee
