    Porridge, oatmeal, in a shake....whatever, just get those oats in you! add some milk and microwave away fella.

    Whey is a fast digesting protein, great pre and post workout and first thing in morning but fails in comparisom to a blend of protein powders (milk, egg, casein, whey etc) as the digestion is slower and thus supplies the body with a steadier flow of amino acids over a prolonged period. Get me?

    I had a question, how do you eat 100g of oats? are you talking about oatmeal? also, you talk about a 'blend' protein shake. how is this different than the whey pre and post workout?
