- ex-baseball player who decided to stay fit as my young family became involved in sports. I mentor, coach and workout w/ jr. high and high school football/baseball players and I also coach a 7/8 y.o. football team. My son is very young (1), but when he`s ready, I expect to be able to run and actively participate in his sporting ventures. My step-son is 9 and keeps me young when I`m out there teaching him what I know about different sports. Outside of that I`m married to a beautiful younger woman
