- I am in an unusual situation as to where now I find myself in situations due to my parents business that I have to defend them. My dad is 73 yrs old and I am an only child living in same small town with NO back up or standup friends. I am trying very hard to get to the intermediate level of lifting and building, as I can already fight, but the stronger you are and the more stanima one has the more greater the liklyhood of survival.....I know it sounds juvenile, but it's a fact.
