Check out the 5/3/1 or westide for skinny s. I think both would be good offseason programs.

I think BTN presses are great if your joints can take them. Using a snatch grip and high reps they burn my delts up. I've never really gone heavy on them in fear if injurying myself.

Whey iso plus ANPB works well in this diet. This is basically my diet.....

5 omega three eggs and 1/2 scoop whey iso

2 scoops whey iso, 2 tbsp ANPB

    8oz Chicken , 4oz green beans, 1oz almonds

8oz 93/7 lean ground beef, 1 head of romain lettuce, 1tbsp EVOO

2 scoops Whey iso, 2 tbsp ANPB

5 omega three eggs, 1tbsp fish oil

This is right around 2500 kcal and is quite possibly the easiest diet I have ever followed (so far). It might not work if you get sick of eating the same daily. I don't mind. Too early to see any real results so far.

bro sry to hear about the injury. I injured my shoulder 3 months ago trying to be cool and db incline the 145's. Haha ED it up bad but now its good!

Also looking at the Palumbo diet, it has 3 whey shakes throughout the day, I thought whey was useless unless it was post workout?
