You never know, at 40 my friend's husband has the same waist he did in high school, can eat like two horses, plus has to eat heavily before bed or he starts dropping weight That body type can't build muscle for , though.

The recording quality would be terrible. You need to be able to mix the sound, add effects, reverb etc. that's what the I-Onix enables you to do. It's is nearly the ability of a full mixing board and studio on the PC. Technology for it these days is pretty impressive. for all that gear, you'll probably drop about 1000 bucks.

Just be lucky you'e not a drummer. My last drum kit cost 6800 bucks for the drums themselves. Hardware and cymbals cost another 2000. Top of th eline stuff, but since I doing recording, I need it. It's totally different than a guitar though. You need an entire mixing board to mic drums and record. It's extremely meticulous and frustrating to dial in each mic just right.

Well, you only need the PA system if you are performing live. You will need a nice recording mic lke the AKG C 414 XLS for recording an acoustic without plug-ins. If all you want to do is record, all you need is a desktop recording software like the Lexicon I-Onix U-42, the VL3D a Mic and guitar. You can integrate the Electric piano, guitar, vocals, and eveything else onto multiple tracks, mix and produce your music that way.

I have a martin, so no but My dad has this thing that goes in the hole and plugs into the amp so YEA I do. I guess I just want some basic stuff that i can record songs with and maybe help my pitch?

So That digitech vocalist VL3D, mic and PA system?
  6. dabuffguy
Do you have an acoustic guitar that plugs in?

As far as a good vocal harmonizer/pitch correction unit, the Digitech Vocalist VL3D is awesome. Of course, you will also need a microphone and a PA system.
