I see that you helped Annie72 with her diet. Can you possibly help me with mine. I am 26 years old and this is how my day goes...
0300am - Pre-workout drink (N.O. explode or Black powder)
0400am - WORK OUT
0515am - Finished workout
0630am - BREAKFAST: Bowl of oatmeal with raisens and a side cantalope or honeydew
0900am - 3 or 4 egg whites
1200pm - LUNCH: White Rice with grilled chicken and side salad (
oil and vinegar)
1400pm - Protein drink (1 Scoop Gold Whey with 8oz whole milk)
1700pm - Chicken & white rice
1900pm - Bed time
I am sorry if my schedule is incredibly out of whack. I am currently stationed in Baghdad Iraq and am serving in the Army. I only get what the Chow hall serves and have to make due with that until I get back to the States. Generally every other day we have Grilled Chicken. I can always count on White Rice being available. We do have a salad bar. We also have a Sandwhich bar that is open 24 hours.
