You were the 1st person to greet me when I joined EF. Since then I've had some help from some other members but last night I posted a question about fat burners. Are there good ones out there and what are they? I bought Lipovox and felt terrible on it. This morning some of the answers to my post were, "ever hear of a gym, exercise and diet". I realize thats what its all about, I only want to know from the experts if there is something more to help me. If you have any advise can you let me know? Thanks,
