    Thanks for the advice bro, i did about 170g carbs today actually and felt soooo much better! workout was much stronger, plenty of energy
    gonna keep it at this level, I'm just too scared of ending this cycle and not being lean enough!
    I have a good bit of BF to burn off as you saw
    it will be so worth while when i have a decent degree of definition, and by then i'll be bigger too I suppose

    Yes that is low. Try out 200 grams for a few 3-4 day, be very strict on your eat just that much ( 1/4 of it is pwo anyways!) So 50grams for your first 4 meals, then stick to greens at night. You WILL be fine! Get back to me after those 3-4 days and let me know how u feel, how workouts r going, and if u look leaner at all. Its only 3-4 days, so I'm not going to say do a weight test, and also u are ON cycle! Trust me bro! I would say it if it would hurt u. Only a few days. OK!

    really??? I would love to be eating that many carbs bro! it couldn't be good for my goals tho could it?? i want to get cut up pretty good - loose 5% bodyfat before my cycle is over in 4 weeks! i'd be happy with 4!% with my bodytype i'll have to go pretty low to see the kind of definition i'm aiming for. i think your taller than me (i'm just 5'10) so you prob need more carbs than i do. you think 120g sounds too low??

    Bro, up you carbs. I have been told carbs help with cellular energy on cycle, don't be afraid to go past 200grams. I was afraid too until I was told to increase to 300!! But that help burn more! Go do it bro!

    I don't know my exact % to be honest, i'm just guessing!
    I've never had proper abs, like all 6 well defined so i've made it my mission to get there before my 23rd birthday in may. I think its a very realistic goal
    no i don't have any pics, need to get a better camera and show you guys the progress i've made. gonna ask my girl to bring hers over, she won't mind playing camerawomen i'm sure lol
    yeah i have been told that the magic starts happening at week 4, tomorrow will mark that event, after i pin the 1ml i guess lol.
    i'm getting confused with my diet, i think i'm eating too little, my energy sucked in the gym today...... gonna up the carbs a touch. also i don't wanna ruin the best bit of my cycle because i'm starving myself. was eating about 100g carbs a day, upping to 120g and i'll see how that goes!
    that would be sweet man! i'd love to do a show one day! is your girl into bbuilding too? that kicks ass if she is. i always encourage mine to hit the weights

    I am maintaining in a moderate zone. I have come to a different thinking lately, lol. I feel there are 3 different 'zones' (if u will) of bf. Low (0-9%) moderate(10-20%) and high (20+%) and I am moderate. There are too many variables if u don't get tested, and sometimes if u do. I posted a few pics up on the N2BM forums in my log, get over there I'm a mod.
    Not sure if u posted a pic in my vist message, can't see it on my phone.
    Ya you are at the beginning of the real start to that test cycle! There real gains will start coming! I'll be doin my 2nd inj cycle hopefuly end of march. That will start my next vut! And maybe do a show with my girl!!!

    feeling a lot better with all the cardio, much happier and lighter on my feet.

    I'm coming up to week 4 of my first test cycle right now!
    man the sense of wellbeing, the Libido.... its insane. lost 10lbs of fat already and gained about 2-3lbs of LBM so its all good!

    Cutting went well, cold messed me up for a few weeks, but I'm happy. Maintaining right now and will continue the cut in marh, with a test cycle hopefully!
