I was just posting in the women's forum about feeling dehydrated if I don't consume enough water. You can reset your "hydrostat" so to speak, your body really will get used to, and then begin to crave, consuming a certain amount.

And I don't consider a comparison to B'Mom an insult at all. I know she can be a bit wordy but she's passionate and articulate. I've just decided to take the high road with a certain poster. I think he's an alter and a troll and thrives with any level of attention, good, bad or indifferent. The only way he'll go away is if he gets no response at all.
