    no im not i want to try his pamphlet though! When i get the money/time i definetly want to do his program, have you ever done it? I imagine you would get to 8% bf.

    6 days a week is a lot but it shows brotha! Do you have before and after pics?

    anyway durin the cycle i was going chest, upper middle back and traps, off, legs, shoulders and tris, back2(lats) and biceps. i tried to make my back expload on this cycle

    now im doing a similar routine but im doing legs 2x instead of back 2x

    chest
    off
    arms
    legs
    shoulders
    off

    im gonna lift heavy in PCT, then after PCT do a 5x5 since ive never done one before. hows your split?
