Yeah, I legit haven't ridden a bike regularly since I was a kid, and that's hardly the same thing. I want to give it a while to get use to before I join some type of group.

More likely, I'll wait til summer is over though to join up with any type of group ride, but I already know of a couple. Florida summers make me want to die. lol

Biking has taken over my life
If you find your motivation is lacking check your local bike shops for group rides. Most shops have weekly rides in the evenings. It's a great way to meet new people and riding with faster/better riders will push you to progress.

So I was just stalking ER and I noticed you ride road bikes. Nice. I just got my first one for my birthday (this week). I'm super excited to give it a go. Of course, I've noticed a lot of people think they'll like it and don't take to it as much as they'd thought, so I guess well see how I end up.
