Lots have changed since the first conversation with you.. Your starting advice and advice you have given to me and advice I read from you to others has changed me tremendously. I went from 6'1 185 then to 230 lbs and can cut down to 7-8 percent bf and feel great about the change. Glad you remember me. You are definately a good bro. Thanks for taking your time to help bro.
