I suspected as much, and you're probably in a very similar place to where I was a few weeks ago...especially in regards to the forums

I figured it would bother anybody who had curtain climbers. I'm not trying to be mean (believe it or not). I'm becoming increasingly disgusted with humanity, in general, and plenty of the hypocritical lunkheads on this forums embody the things that me off the most.

Well the Tempurpedic definitely saved my life with my lower back and the goofy Arc4Life pillow has improved my military neck pain. Granted, I wake up in the morning, turn my head and it sounds like I'm breaking carrots, but at least I CAN turn my head.

My rotator cuff tears probably came from cervical impingement, thank you genetics! You know, I've had back trouble since my teens, I was utterly terrified of having an epidural when I was pregnant. I knew my lower back looked like a bird's eye view of a derailed train, I couldn't imagine them trying to stick a needle in without ing something up further, probably one of the better decisions I made.

Being pregnant ED my back up further, too. That's when I started with this weird rib thing I have, if I bend funny one rib will slide under the other, horrible feeling.

You're lucky with the weight, girl! ED good work! I'm beginning to think the only way I'll get to where I want to be is to break down and see a doctor ... well, that or give up drinking. I don't see either one happening in the near future

yeah thats insane..being sued for witnessing an accident

our home owners policy just renewed and I'm pleased to say my rates only went up by 60 bucks a year..not bad for a half million dollar claim..and was just told this morning to not fret about the construction bill getting too high because we still have more coverage

Im suing liberty mutual for half that amount for the neck/back injury...really ED the epidural wouldnt work correctly because the disc spaces were so ED up

When I was in my 20s my ex witnessed an auto accident and ended up being sued for the accident! (not as uncommon as you'd think, which is why smart people cut and run and don't volunteer to be witnesses). We had Allstate then, too. Then ended up paying the Plaintiff like $10k to shut the guy up. It was without prejudice, didn't affect our insurance rates or anything. That was the 80s, companies don't just roll over anymore. If this goes to a trial he'll never get $100k. No cop report? No proof that when the pictures he took (the next day after the fact) weren't staged? Concrete is in completely undamaged condition, not even a 1/2" variance in the seams. He won't get .

Well, one thing I know after my stint working for the actuary is that the way the companies manage things varies from state to state because everything is overseen by each separate state insurance department, so that could be a definite factor.

Honestly, I've never even heard of Amica, they're licensed in this state (I checked) but not common.

The trick with a S&F is it's up to the Plaintiff to prove gross negligence. I have a curb that's in perfect condition, not even plants growing around it He's welcome to try to prove negligence but it's going to come back to the same thing: If you broke your arm and dislocated your shoulder in the fall why wasn't 911 called so a report of the serious condition of the curbing would be made at the time of the incident?

well...good luck with it all...I was warned over and over again how bad our thing would have been if we had had allstate or travelers...

I know how stressful legal bs can be..and I would definitey bring third party suit if it gets hairy

the new ankle biter is really good..was gonna post an update thread today at some point
