I know what you mean. I believe it has to do with a temporary rise in blood pressure due to the increase in testosterone levels.

Did you figure out why you had the dizzy spells after injecting? I had this too, and I stopped TRT a few years ago because of it. It would take 10 minutes, then I got so dizzy that I couldn't stand. Also had heart palpitations. Curious if you figured it out.
