- I started lifting in 91 at 157lbs. I was up to 220 by 1997. I had a couple of halfa**ed years99-most of 2001 due to a severe wrist/tendon injury. finally got it mostly fixed up and am back at it.Dropped down to around 205-210 , back to 225 now.
