I used to compete yrs ago came in second in the Grand Masters this was with a bad rotator cuff after that i hung it up.

ok1 but be prepired to be freaked out,I actually had to go thru a road block dressed like this and you could tell the officers were nervous ,had their hands on the tip of their guns at all times,i actually started getting worried too

Pro Athelete for about five years now. I have dedicated myself to my training completely and I completely enjoy it. I love crazy workouts doing crazy things...currently on the Hypoxia training kick, and the people at my gym stay outta my way. It's awesome!
