    About Me
    Relatively new to bodybuilding, got started at it after a major accident. Been in the gym for about 6 months now. After getting put on Lyrica I went up to a max weight on 272. Now I am down to 198 and I've gained significant muscle mass. I am currently in that 11 to 12% body fat range and would like to reach around 7%. Once I have cut down into the single digits, then the eventual goal will be to reach around 220 with single digit body fat.

    Obviously bodybuilding, all kinds of outdoor stuff, camping, hiking, going rock climbing in the spring. Meditation, Martial Arts
